Q : Why integrate subassemblies in shelter or container?

A : Many subassemblies must become modular and mobile. This can avoid the construction of dedicated and/or allow a flexible utilisation.

We are proposing a few types of integration solutions:

  • Schelter on self-supporting basis and aluminium frame.
  • Personalised container 20’ and 40’ from the global trade

We take in consideration the design by integrating external constraint (thermal, shock wave…)
We are integrating mechanical and electric elements of the subassemblies in the shelter and/or container.


Q : What do you mean in multi-technical integration?

A : The integration electro-technical subassemblies in containers requires mechanical, hydraulic and electrcal skills.
Our technicians are designing in 3D the implantations and the development of shelters and containers.
They are defining the mechanical and electrical interfaces with the subassemblies to integrate.
We have experience to integrate every type of equipment as : distribution of HV, LV, electrical power, control-command…
Our industrial means are allowing us integration of large subassemblies with a dedicated workshop of 1200m² equipped of 9 m and 10t heavy crane.


Q : Do you have any experience in subassemblies electrical distribution?

A : We have been achieving electrical distribution stations for more than 20 years. These stations are made of a self-propelled base in galvanised steel aluminium panels. They can be compact or modular allowing many dimensional and technical configurations (insulation, technical floor, fire detection and extinction, lifting, mobility on trolley…).
In these stations, we are doing the integration and wiring of low voltage components, medium voltage and transformers HV/LV.
We do all the controls and tests and we have the possibility to do dielectric tests up to 120kV.


Q : Which experience / references do you have in command control ?

A : We have implemented the programs for managing electrical equipment on a subway line for one of our clients specialized in rail transport.
The purpose was to perform the information exchange between different equipment of the line and the control room.

In order to achieve this, the PLC had to concentrate and format all data before transmitting them to the control room. In return, it could also control remote devices.

Locally, a touch screen interface was used by field staff for the supervision (for display of equipment status, management of alarms and defaults).

Peinta has also produced the electrical equipment (HV / LV cabin, distribution cabinet and control cabinet) and performed the interconnection of workshop equipment for testing with the simulation platform.
